This article introduces the different parts of the Billing and Payment page to help you find your way around the Wowza Video user interface. You must be an org owner or billing manager role to view and update account billing information.
To view the Billing and Payment page, click your user profile in the upper left of any screen, then click Billing and Payment under Organization.
The following contains all of the configuration options and definitions available to manage your billing and payments for an organization's account:
- Billing Contact – Information about the billing contact for the organization.
- First Name – The first name of the billing contact.
- Last Name – The last name of the billing contact.
- Email Address – The billing email address for the organization.
- Phone – The phone number for billing.
- Address – The billing address for the organization.
- Address line 2 – The billing address apartment, suite, or building name.
- Country – The billing address' country.
- City – The billing address' city.
- State/Region– The billing address' state/region.
- Zip/Postal Code – The billing address' zip/postal code.
- Payment Methods – The payment type(s) on file for payment. You can also add a new payment method.
- Three dots – Click the three dots to the right of a payment method listed to perform an action on the item.
- If the method is PayPal – Remove or Make Primary the payment method.
- If the method is not the Primary card – Edit, Remove, or Make Primary the payment method.
- If the method is the Primary card – Edit the payment method.
- Edit – Updates payment details for a payment already on file. Click the three dots for a payment on file, to edit it.
- Name on Card – the name as it appears on the credit card. This field is not editable.
- Card Number – The credit card number. This field is not editable.
- Expiration Date – The credit card expiration date by month and year.
- CVV – The credit card verification number.
- Address – The billing address for the credit card.
- Address Line 2 – The billing address apartment, suite, or building name.
- Country – The credit card billing address' country.
- City – The credit card billing address' city.
- State/Region – The credit card billing address' state/region.
- Zip/Postal Code – The credit card billing address' zip/postal code.
- Remove – Removes the payment method from the account.
- Make Primary – Makes the payment method the Primary (default) payment method.
- Edit – Updates payment details for a payment already on file. Click the three dots for a payment on file, to edit it.
- Add Method – Adds a new payment method that's kept on file for payment. Once there are five payment methods listed in the Payment Methods list, the Add Method button is disabled.
- Name on Card – the name as it appears on the credit card.
- Card Number – The credit card number.
- Expiration Date – The credit card expiration date by month and year.
- CVV – The credit card verification number.
- Address – The billing address for the credit card.
- Address Line 2 – The billing address apartment, suite, or building name.
- Country – The credit card billing address' country.
- City – The credit card billing address' city.
- State/Region – The credit card billing address' state/region.
- Zip/Postal Code – The credit card billing address' zip/postal code.
- Email Address – If the payment method is PayPal, the email address for the PayPal account.
- Make Primary – Select the check box to make the new payment method the Primary, default, payment method.
- Three dots – Click the three dots to the right of a payment method listed to perform an action on the item.
