Cannot log into app.wowza.com or send support ticket or broadcast video from self hosted VM

I’m stuck in an endless login loop when trying to log into app.wowza.com.
I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

I’m able to log in to my account at portal.wowza.com
Cannot send a support ticket through the portal

any help or guidance is appreciated.
