• SRT Midgress in Wowza Streaming Engine: Expanding on previous SRT (Secure Reliable Transport) functionality, Wowza Streaming Engine software can now leverage SRT technology between instances—allowing customers more efficient, high-quality connections in long-haul origin-to-edge configurations.
• Better Control in Wowza ClearCaster: New ClearCaster features include a great range of options in the Talent View to better accommodate different use cases; customizable time increments for the Countdown Clock; easier Facebook pairing; resolution status; and audio level control.
• Updated API Documentation for Wowza Streaming Cloud: The API documentation now leverages ReDoc to promote modularity and cross-compatibility as well as search and multi-language.
