Streaming with Wowza and Chromecast

At the 2014 NAB Show in Las Vegas, we challenged our Wowza Ninjas to get a Wowza stream up and running on a Chromecast digital media player. I knew this was really a challenge—I had tried it a few weeks earlier and it took me a several hours to figure it out.

I know I speak for my colleagues when I say that we were all expecting to give away these Chromecast dongles at our booth and hear back from our Wowza Ninjas a week or two later—but to our delight, we were wrong! Jesse and Andrew from Victory Life Church took this challenge head-on and were able to get a stream up and running in just two hours.
