Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Awards Honor Wowza-Nine Years in a Row

Thanks to our fantastic customers, for the ninth consecutive year Wowza streaming technology has received a Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Award. Wowza Streaming Engine™ software was the top pick for media server technology, and Wowza Streaming Cloud™ was recognized as a runner-up for the leading live-streaming platform. The winners were announced at the 2016 Streaming Media West conference in Huntington Beach, California.

More than 3,000 readers voted, casting a total of nearly 34,000 votes in 33 categories. Many of the other winners and runners-up are Wowza partners, emphasizing the strength of the Wowza partner ecosystem and end-to-end solutions.
