Introducing a Sleeker and More Intuitive Wowza.com

For a good part of 2015, we've been working behind the scenes on a new and improved version of wowza.com. The revamped website features a fresh look, updated user-friendly navigation, and a completely new approach to presenting our Wowza products and streaming solutions.

We based the redesign on the same question that drives development of Wowza Streaming Engine, Wowza Streaming Cloud, and Wowza GoCoder: How can we make things more intuitive and useful for our customers and would-be customers?

With that in mind, we included the following features:

New information architecture & content

• The Capabilities of Wowza Technology page showcases the high-level capabilities of both Wowza Streaming Engine software and the Wowza Streaming Cloud service, and is your gateway to details on live transcoding, streaming formats and protocols, closed captioning, recording and archiving, and much more. 
• The Wowza Solutions pages now provide an easy way to learn about the most common types of streaming, and how your industry is using Wowza streaming technology. These pages allow you to find information based on what you're trying achieve—for example, IP camera streaming or live sports streaming.

Mobile-friendly responsive design 

• The site now adjusts dynamically based on screen or window size, improving usability—especially on mobile devices.
• We've focused on greater use of imagery and video for a more scannable and compelling experience.
