Corporate Counsel Elliot Miller to speak at ACC Annual Meeting in New Orleans

Wowza Corporate Counsel Elliot Miller will speak at the 2014 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting, held this year in New Orleans from  October 28-31. The ACC Annual Meeting is the largest annual gathering of in-house attorneys from all over the world, and offers a wide range of corporate legal education and insights.

Elliot is speaking as a part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution track, on a panel with other in-house attorneys Juliet Hanna, Fannie Mae; Dr. Sunny Kalara, Cointerra; and Lindsay Stevens, Liquid Litigation Management. This session, entitled The New Frontier: Data and Discovery in a New Era of Technology, focuses on how to manage the ever-expanding volume of data companies generate, and how businesses can prepare for litigation and other unplanned events. Elliot will specifically discuss the production of software source code during litigation.
