idk Why stream files are deleted

1. Wowza does not delete stream files, unless:you make a REST API call to delete them:
   https://www.wowza.com/docs/stream-management-query-examples#remove-a-stream-file6

Also, there might be some OS level drive clean-up to the content directory where the smil files are stored.

2. This would need to be set at the OS level, potentially a cron job to schedule a clean-up of recorded files in the content directory. To ensure that you are deleting the correct file type, it will be MP4.
