SRT stream high cyclic discontinuities on the receiver

We are sending a SRT stream from Wowza to a destination which we don’t control. On the destination side, there is a srt-live-transmit process listening to the SRT push and forwarding that to a Sencore DMG on UDP port. The DMG is reporting high discontinuities and corresponding artifacts on the stream. We are trying to find someone who can look at the logs and metrics we have from the destination DMG and give us feedback on a solution.

What is the latency you set on either side? The minimum latency is 1.5x RTT, but if you’re experiencing problems, I’d set it to 4x RTT and see how that performs.
